COLLECT is Dôme Art Advisory's inaugural exhbition. With over 55 works by 18 artists, this show is a nod to the private collection work that Dôme was founded on and is curated with the eye of the contemporary art collector in mind; the collector that wishes to bring the world of contemporary art into the very places that they live their lives, where they can get to know a work intimately by lving with it day in and day out. Where the work becomes, not just an object, but a reflection of their interests, curiosities, and aesthetic sensibilities. By taking works away from the white cube gallery concept and exhibiting them in one of Buffalo's gilded age mansions, it evokes this experience, all be it on the grandest of scales. It enables the viewer to not only interact with the work, but see how works can intereact with the unique architectural features of the space.
